The ride begins with guests entering the Galactic federation Prisoner Teleport Center and becoming members of the council. The Grand Councilwoman delivers a brief explanation and demonstration and guests are taken to a high security chamber.

Then comes the second pre-show area where a robot named Sarge does some briefing when the alarm suddenly rings, announcing the arrival of a level three alien.
